Orders All products are made to order and freshly prepared for you. Orders must be placed in advance and are subject to availability.

Payment Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout.

Collection Orders must be collected at the agreed time and location. Please check your order at the time of collection. We are unable to accept claims for faulty or unsatisfactory products after collection.

Refunds All sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of our products. Refunds or replacements are only provided where a product is faulty or not of acceptable quality at the time of collection. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
